Rail dog spike, also know as cut track spike, is an old style of fastener used in railway construction. It is hammered into wooden sleeper with its offset head clamping the rails, with its shank square shaped and the tail end is processed into a pointed tip.

Quality Control of Rail Dog Spike

Our production system runs according to ISO9001:2008 quality standard.

Each batch of products are attached with a tracing card（bar code), identifying the oven number of the heat treatment and flowing information such as amount, dates from the very beginning.
Incoming material will be tested for chemical composition, physical properties. Unqualified material will be rejected.
Inspection will be done on every stage of the production, making sure the dimensions are within tolerances.
Before packaging, final testing will be done to the production for all aspects, including dimensional sizes, chemical compositions and physical properties.
We also welcome our customer appoint a 3rd party to do the on-site inspection before shipment.
